Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, I am accepting new patients. You may call my office at 732-849-1075 to setup an appointment. If you do not speak with a member of my staff directly at that time, please leave a voice-mail message and some one will get back to you.
What should I bring with me to my first appointment with you?
On the day of your very first visit please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your appointment time in order to register and provide/update any information that may be required by your particular insurance carrier. Please bring insurance card, any pertinent medical records, and a list of your current medications
Who should I call if I have a billing question?
What forms of payment do you accept?
Do you take urgent care or same day appointments?
Yes. I actually set aside some time every day for same-day or urgent care visits. If there is an urgent need to see me the same day, please try to call at the start of my office hours, and my staff will assist you in setting up a same-day appointment.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
How do you communicate with your patients regarding their lab and test results?
What is your medication refill policy?
New prescriptions: Please call and speak to a member of my staff. Make sure you have the phone number of your pharmacy when you call.
Please note: I do not renew any narcotic prescription over the phone or weekend. You may leave a voice mail message with your pharmacy or my office staff so that your prescription can be refilled during usual business hours.
